In this class, we will explore the general standards for properly brewed coffee –  correct ratios, grind size, water, and filtering mediums. Students will have the opportunity to experiment hands-on with a variety of popular brewing devices, and will practice tasting the differences in under- and over-extracted coffees. This course is great for those interested in manual brewing and coffee science.
