Description
Our Moka Java blend is an homage to our heritage as coffee traders and roasters. Keeping with the port-to-port tradition of the world’s first well-known coffee blend, we aim to honor the trade relationships we’ve built across oceans and borders. Coffee has always been an international product. A core tenant of our philosophy is that great coffee cannot be produced without understanding and cooperation at all points of production and processing. As for the coffee itself, the African component contributes floral, fruity sweetness and bright acidity, while the South Pacific component lends the region’s signature earthiness to create a dynamic taste profile. The Moka Java blend is a full-bodied medium roast that will brighten up your mornings, and maybe even inspire you to expand your horizons.
